Այսօր, սեպտեմբերի 15-ին, Արցախի Հանրապետության նախագահ Արայիկ Հարությունյանը ընդունել է ԱՀ Ազգային ժողովի "Արդարություն" խմբակցության պատգամավորներին: Հանդիպման ընթացքում խմբակցության պատգամավորները ներկայացրել են իրենց հուզող հարցերը Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարի հետ հանդիպման արդյունքում առաջացած տարընթերցումների, գրասենյակի գործառույթների, կառուցվածքի և ոլորտը կարգավորող իրավական ակտերի վերաբերյալ: Նախագահը նշեց, որ իր կողմից ԱՀ Անվտանգության խորհրդի քարտուղարին տրվել է հանձնարարական ուսումնասիրել երկրի կենսագործունեության տարբեր ոլորտների գործունեությունը և տալ խորհրդատվություն: Երկուստեք կարևորվեց «ԱԽ կազմավորման և գործունեության մասին» օրենքի ընդունումը, ինչպես նաև անրադարձ եղավ մի շարք օրենքների փոփոխությանը և ընդունմանը, որը բխում է ԱՀ Սահմանադրությունից: Հանդիպման ընթացքում քննարկվեցին նաև հանրապետության առջև ծառացած արտաքին և ներքին մարտահրավերներին վերաբերող մի շարք հարցեր:
