Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը նոր որոշում է ստորագրել
Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ՀՀ վարչապետի 2019 թվականի հունիսի 1-ի n 661-լ որոշման մեջ փոփոխություն կատարելու մասին որոշում է ստորագրել.
«Ղեկավարվելով «Նորմատիվ իրավական ակտերի մասին» Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենքի 33-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 3-րդ կետով և 34-րդ հոդվածով՝
1. Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի 2019 թվականի հունիսի 1-ի «Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կրթության, գիտության, մշակույթի և սպորտի նախարարության կանոնադրությունը հաստատելու, Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի
2018 թվականի հունիսի 11-ի N 701-Լ, N 703-Լ և N 705-Լ որոշումներն ուժը կորցրած ճանաչելու մասին» N 661-Լ որոշման հավելվածի 11-րդ կետի 32-րդ ենթակետը շարադրել հետևյալ խմբագրությամբ․
«32) իրականացնում է մշակութային արժեքների ապօրինի արտահանմանն ու ապօրինի ներմուծմանը, մշակութային արժեքների նկատմամբ սեփականության իրավունքի ապօրինի փոխանցմանը կանխող և կանխարգելող միջոցառումներ, ընդունում է որոշումներ բռնագրավված մշակութային արժեքները պետական թանգարաններ, գրադարաններ, արխիվներ մշտական պահպանության հանձնելու վերաբերյալ՝ Հայաստանի Հանրապետության օրենսդրությանը համապատասխան»,-ասված է որոշման մեջ:
