Արտակարգ դեպք Երևանում․ որդին կասկածվում է մոր մահվան մեջ
Երեկ, նոյեմբերի 23-ին Հայաստանի քննչական կոմիտեի Երևան քաղաքի քննչական վարչության Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնի ավագ քննիչ Խաչատրյանի որոշմամբ՝ որպես կասկածյալ ձերբակալվել է Երևան քաղաքի Շենգավիթ վարչական շրջանի բնակիչ 43-ամյա Ռաֆայել Մ․-ն։
Նոյեմբերի 13-ին Երևանի 1-03 շտապօգնության 6-րդ ենթակայանից Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժին ահազանգ է ստացվել, որ թիվ 63 բժիշկների խումբը կանչով մեկնել է Ներքին Շենգավիթ թաղամասի տներից մեկը, որտեղ հայտնաբերել է նույն տան բնակիչ 81-ամյա Գ․Ղ․-ի դին,այս մասին հայտնում է Shamshyn.com-ը:
Դեպքի վայր են ժամանել Ոստիկանության Շենգավիթի բաժնի օպերատիվ խումբը բաժնի պետ Կարեն Բունիաթյանի, և Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնի խումբը ավագ քննիչ Խաչատրյանի գլխավորությամբ։
Տեղում դատաբժիշկը, զննելով դին, հայտնել էր, որ մահացածի դեմքին հայտնաբերվել են կապտուկներ։
Նույն օրը Շենգավիթի քննչական բաժնում ՀՀ ՔրՕրի 112 հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 14 կետով հարուցվում է քրեական գործ և Գ․Ղ․-ին մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու կասկածանքով Շենգավիթի ոստիկանությունը բերման է ենթարկում մահացածի որդուն՝ Ռաֆայել Մ․-ի
