«Նոյեմբերի 27-ին արդեն պետք է նշվի գերիների առաջին խմբի փոխանակման ժամկետը, 11 հոգու համար էլ տեղեկությունների սպասում ենք նոյեմբերի 30-ին: Նախօրեին որոշ գերիների փոխանակում եղել է, բայց ես այդ իրավասու մարմինը չեմ, որ թվեր հայտնեմ», - ասաց Բաղդասարյանը:
