Ղեկավարվելով «Կառավարության կառուցվածքի և գործունեության մասին» օրենքի 7-րդ հոդվածի 16-րդ մասով՝
1․ Քրեական գործերով՝ պետությանը կամ համայնքին պատճառված վնասների վերականգնումը համապատասխան բյուջեներ արդյունավետ հաշվառելու, ինչպես նաև նշված ոլորտում ծագած իրավահարաբերությունների նկատմամբ պատշաճ հսկողական կամ վերահսկողական գործառույթներ իրականացնելու ընթացքում ծագած խնդիրների լուծման նպատակով ստեղծել աշխատանքային խումբ (այսուհետ՝ աշխատանքային խումբ) և հաստատել դրա անհատական կազմը` համաձայն N 1 հավելվածի:
2․ Հաստատել աշխատանքային խմբի աշխատակարգը` համաձայն N 2 հավելվածի:
3. Աշխատանքային խմբի ղեկավարին՝ մինչև 2021 թվականի դեկտեմբերի 1-ը քրեական գործերով՝ պետությանը կամ համայնքին պատճառված վնասի վերականգնված գումարի հաշվառման, դրա տնօրինման ոլորտում ծագած խնդիրների կանոնակարգման նպատակով իրավական կարգավորումների վերանայման և դրանց գործնական կիրառման լուծումներով համակարգի վերաբերյալ եզրակացություն ներկայացնել Հայաստանի Հանրապետության վարչապետի աշխատակազմ։
