Օրերս Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչության և Հարավային մաքսատուն-վարչության Մեղրիի մաքսային կետ-բաժնի աշխատակիցները «Ագարակ» պետական սահմանային անցակետում մաքսային զննման են ենթարկել Իրանի քաղաքացի Հ.Գ.-ի կողմից շահագործվող տրանսպորտային միջոցը:
Արդյունքում ավտոմեքենայի առջևի նստատեղերի միջև գտնվող խցիկում առկա դրամապանակի միջից հայտնաբերվել է մաքսային հսկողությունից թաքցված 2030 ադամանդե քար:
Փաստի առթիվ ՊԵԿ Մաքսանենգության դեմ պայքարի վարչությունում ՀՀ մաքսային օրենսգրքի 201-րդ հոդվածի իրավախախտման հատկանիշներով նախապատրաստված նյութերը տրամադրվել են ՊԵԿ իրավաբանական վարչությանը:
