Ադրբեջանը հոկտեմբերի 17-ի լուսաբացին սկսել է Ստեփանակերտի հրթիռակոծությունը։ Վնասվել են բնակելի տարածքներ, նախնական տվյալներով` տուժել է երկու քաղաքացիական անձ։ Այս մասին տեղեկացնում է Արցախի Մարդու իրավունքների պաշտպան Արտակ Բեգլարյանը։
