Գագիկ Ծառուկյանն ազատ արձակվեց
Երևանի ընդհանուր իրավասության դատարանում այսօր՝ հոկտեմբերի 22-ին, ավարտվեց «Բարգավաճ Հայաստան» կուսակցության ղեկավար Գագիկ Ծառուկյանի խափանման միջոց կալանավորումը գրավով փոխարինելու պաշտպանների միջնորդության քննարկումը։
Դատավոր Մնացական Մարտիրոսյանի որոշմամբ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը 100 միլիոն դրամ գրավի դիմաց ազատ արձակվեց կալանքից:
Նշենք, որ Գագիկ Ծառուկյանը կալանավորված էր սեպտեմբերի 25-ից։
Հիշեցնենք, որ Ծառուկյանի պաշտպանները կալանավորման որոշման դեմ վերաքննիչ բողոք էին ներկայացրել, ինչը դատարանը մերժել էր։
