IDBank warmly hosted children from the "Music for Future" Foundation.

Recently, IDBank had the honor of hosting some very special guests—10 participants from the “Music for Future” Foundation’s educational program. During their visit, they explored the Bank’s internal structure and had an inspiring meeting with the Chairman of the Board, Mher Abrahamyan who is a member of the board of trustees. Let us remind you that about two years ago, the “Music for the Future” Foundation became a beneficiary of “The Power of One Dram” initiative. In the frames of collaboration, IDBank and Idram contributed over 6 million drams to support the foundation’s programs. IDBank continues to stand by the foundation, actively supporting its various initiatives and fostering a shared commitment to empowering the next generation.

During the meeting, the children shared their creative achievements and victories, receiving words of encouragement and inspiration in return. The Chairman of the Board of IDBank also engaged the children in an enriching discussion about financial literacy, making the encounter both motivational and educational.

“We were delighted to welcome these talented children under our roof. Over the years, we have enjoyed a wonderful partnership through various initiatives, including the ‘The Power of One Dram’ program. Today’s meeting reaffirms our commitment to keeping the participants of our beneficiary programs in the spotlight. The ‘Music for the Future’ Foundation plays a crucial role in nurturing and educating children, and we are proud to support that mission.

This time, we chose to contribute by introducing the children to the basics of financial literacy. In the 21st century, alongside developing diverse knowledge and skills, understanding financial principles is equally essential. The children’s enthusiastic response today underscores the importance of this effort,” said Mher Abrahamyan, Chairman of the Board of IDBank.

Anna Ter-Hovakimyan, Director of the “Music for Future” Foundation, emphasized the significant impact of the collaboration with IDBank and Idram, highlighting the numerous educational and developmental programs made possible for the foundation’s beneficiaries. “We have been able to implement many valuable programs together, and the children are deeply grateful for this support. Regarding today’s event, we recently introduced this format of meetings to connect children with the individuals and partners who invest in their education and growth. It’s equally important for our partners to get to know the children personally and understand the impact they’re making. Financial education is essential for individuals in any profession, and when children receive financial knowledge directly from experienced professionals, it becomes more tangible and memorable,” she said.

As per tradition, the event was graced by the presence of Idram Junior, the children’s trusted companion and friend in the world of finance. With thoughtful gifts, Idram Junior added a festive touch to the day, transforming the important occasion into a joyful celebration for the children.
