Four Badalyan Brothers Enterprises Ranked Among Armenia’s Top 1,000 Taxpayers

Four companies under the “Badalyan Brothers” Group of Companies have secured spots on Armenia’s list of top 1,000 taxpayers for 2024. The group contributed a total of 26.017.541.000 AMD in taxes, including payments made the founders.

Leading the pack is SoftConstruct, Armenia’s largest IT company, which paid AMD 18.63 billion in taxes, earning the 12th spot in the rankings. Fast Bank CJSC, another key player in the group, contributed AMD 4.15 billion, placing it at 74th among Armenia’s top taxpayers. Additionally, Fast Media LLC ranked 534th, while Ucraft LLC secured the 784th position.

SoftConstruct also holds third place in income tax contributions among Armenia’s top ten companies. As of the end of 2024, the group’s workforce in Armenia stood at 7,179 employees, with an additional 1,128 permanent staff abroad and 1,500 contract-based employees.

Spanning industries such as IT, gaming, TV, banking, payment systems, agriculture, public catering, and construction, the Badalyan Brothers Group continues to uphold its core values while remaining a major force in Armenia’s labor market.
