IDBank new branch is in the City of Artashat

IDBank’s new branch this time opens its doors in the city of Artashat, Ararat region. Staying true to its promise, the Bank continues to strengthen not only its online, but also physical presence across different regions of Armenia.

"Digital solutions are becoming increasingly popular, and a growing number of our customers are adopting digital channels. However, we also recognize that customers in different regions of Armenia are awaiting the opening of our branches. That’s why, prioritizing customer needs and satisfaction, we are here today in the city of Artashat," said Artur Kocharyan, head of IDBank's Sales and regional management division․

According to Smbat Avagyan, Deputy Head of IDBank's Sales and regional management division, the new branch is equipped with all the necessary facilities, just like the others. "Providing the best and highest quality service to our customers is our priority. We strive to maintain the high standards we have set and continuously improve. Our professional team is ready to assist customers in Artashat, and the branch features an IDBanking 24/7 service zone, allowing for quick and effortless cashless transactions with just a few touches," said Smbat Avagyan.

By the way, this time the opening of the new branch coincided with International Customer Day. On this occasion, for three days, customers can make deposits under the most favorable terms at all branches of the bank.

The "Artashat” branch is located at 19/20, August 23 Street. Currently, IDBank has  branches in Yerevan, Echmiadzin, Vanadzor, Gyumri, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Armavir and Artashat.

IDBank reminds clients that all banking operations can also be conducted online through the IDBanking.am platform or the Idram&IDBank app, which has the largest network of contactless QR payment points in Armenia, with over 22,500 points of sale, 10,000 of which support payment via the Rocket Line 0% digital installment plan.
