IDBank and Idram participate in Career City Fest

The annual employer festival, Career City Fest, took place on April 25 and 26. IDBank and Idram participated in CCF 2025 with a joint large and vibrant orange pavilion.

At the IDBank and Idram pavilion, festival participants had the opportunity to meet the employees and human capital management specialists of both companies, ask their questions, learn more about the organizations, and apply for available positions.

According to Sona Manucharyan, Director of Human Capital Management at IDBank, the festival was also a great opportunity for students and recent graduates to learn more about IDBank’s long-standing and popular IDream program and to have the chance to become part of the upcoming IDream 14. “At IDBank, we encourage innovative approaches from our employees, but we are also convinced that only through teamwork can we achieve excellent results. If you want to start your career in the banking sector, I highly recommend applying for the IDream 14 program. Upon successful completion, you will join our big orange team,” Sona Manucharyan noted.

According to Astghik Zilfimyan, Head of HR at Idram, as the company continues to grow, so does the Idram team, and there are currently several open positions. "People are at the heart of every strong organization. Our mission is not just to fill vacancies, but to uncover potential, foster growth, and support individuals on their path to professional excellence," noted Astghik Zilfimyan.

The goal of Career City Fest is to create a platform where companies can present their values, teams, and products, shape labor market trends, and set new standards for employer branding.
