Customer Appreciation Day at "Baghramyan" branch: IDBank
With the slogan “We are grateful every day,” IDBank once again organized Customer Appreciation Day — this time at the “Baghramyan” branch. Customers who visited the bank for their usual transactions were reminded that IDBank doesn’t need a special occasion to make the service experience pleasant and full of surprises. Even an ordinary day is an opportunity to express gratitude for choosing the Bank.
This Appreciation Day, however, came with something extra. The yard and surrounding area of the Baghramyan branch were renovated at the Bank’s initiative to make every visit more comfortable and enjoyable.
“In addition to our already traditional Appreciation Day format, this time we had another pleasant surprise for our customers — something that will make not only one day, but every visit to the branch enjoyable. Our team improved the area adjacent to the branch and planted trees. These are small steps that further highlight our presence alongside the community. Our future Appreciation Days will also be accompanied by similar initiatives,” said Seda Avagyan, Customer Experience Manager at IDBank.
Inside the branch, guests enjoyed sweet treats, spun the lucky wheel, and won idcoins, which they could use for Idram QR payment.
