idcoins and profitable mortgage loans. IDBank at TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025

During the three days of TOON EXPO YEREVAN 20025, many dream contracts were signed: today, buying a home has become more accessible, with a wide range of profitable offers. 

At the orange pavilion of IDBank, visitors were introduced to diverse and attractive mortgage lending options, along with pleasant surprises.

Focusing on customer needs and expectations, the IDBank team continues to update and improve its products. Even in the absence of income tax refunds, the Bank provides customers with the opportunity to purchase a home on favorable terms.

“Considering that it is no longer possible to obtain mortgage loans from many new buildings in Yerevan through the return of income tax, we have developed non-standard mortgage loans that allow customers to reduce the loan interest rate by up to 5%. This enables borrowers to service their loans at significantly lower interest rates,” said Artur Kocharyan, Head of IDBank’s Sales and Regional Management Division. 

In addition, within the framework of TOON EXPO YEREVAN 2025, customers who applied for a mortgage loan for purchase, construction, or renovation at the IDBank pavilion received idcoin in the amount of 1% of the loan approved by the Bank (after tax).
