AraratBank is launching a new campaign, offering compelling refinancing terms for customers with real estate-secured loans.
Under the JOIN US campaign, customers transferring their real estate-secured loans from other financial institutions to AraratBank will receive an interest rate 3% lower than the existing rate, starting from only 14.5%.
Within the frames of the campaign, you can enjoy a number of other benefits such as no commission fee, a three-month grace period for repayment of the principal, an opportunity for up to 30% additional financing on top of the loan contract amount, and a maturity of up to 15 years.
If the amount of the transferred loan exceeds AMD 15 million, the costs related to the loan transfer will be covered by the Bank.
A simplified loan approval process without income analysis is also available for loans that have been serviced for at least 12 months with no more than 5 days of overdue payments during that period. The loan is provided under the following terms: maturity - 3-15 years, loan amount - up to AMD 100 million, actual interest rate - starting from 15.51%.
The offer is valid until December 30, 2025.
