A mortgage loan serviced for at least 1 year is possible to transfer to AraratBank at 12.25% - fixed for the first 3 years and adjustable starting from the 4th year. The annual effective interest rate is 12.96-12.97%.
By easing the financial burden, customers can extend the loan repayment period up to 25 years, reducing the amount of monthly payments.
