IDBank's Representative, Innesa Amirbekyan Appointed Co-Chair of the ICC Banking Commission Task Force on Guarantees

Innesa Amirbekyan, IDBank's Head of Financial Institutions Department, has been appointed Co-Chair of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Banking Commission Task Force on Guarantees (URDG 758). The Task Force plays a key role in shaping international practice for demand guarantees. It ensures the correct and modern application of the URDG 758 rules, provides expert guidance in cross-border transactions, and contributes to the development of global standards. It is also engaged in the digitalisation of guarantee processes, helping create a more secure and efficient operational environment.

Innesa Amirbekyan noted: “It is an honor to assume the position of co-chair and to collaborate with leading experts in the field, including Andrea Hauptmann, who has led the working group for many years and helped shape modern guarantee practices. Representing IDBank on this platform is both a great opportunity and a responsibility. I will continue to support clarity in guarantees, their uniform application, and progress in the digitalization of the field.”
