Ucom Reopens Sales and Service Center on Tigran Mets Avenue

In the lead-up to the New Year holidays, Ucom has opened another renovated space for its subscribers. As part of the company’s ongoing program to modernize its sales and service network, the technologically upgraded center located at 29a/93 Tigran Mets Avenue has been reopened.

The newly opened center operates Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 19:00, without breaks. Visitors can benefit from Ucom’s fixed-line, mobile, and internet services, receive expert guidance from consultants, and purchase various devices: such as smartphones, headphones, speakers, smartwatches, tablets, and Wi-Fi devices, and other equipment from well-known brands.

During the New Year holiday period, the center will also offer special promotions, allowing subscribers to welcome the season with new devices and enhanced connectivity solutions.

Thus, in celebration of the reopening of the Tigran Mets sales and service center, subscribers who sign up for any Unity package for 12 months will receive two months of free usage.

At this center, as well as in all Ucom sales centers and the online shop, until January 15, 2026, customers purchasing 5G smartphones from Samsung, HONOR, Xiaomi, and Motorola across various price categories will receive a branded accessory and a nice phone number with the Level Up+ 3000 tariff plan, including two months of free service. Until January 11, 2026, customers will also have the opportunity to purchase an iPhone with a 0%–0%–0% installment plan for a period of 12 months by subscribing to the Level Up+ 3000 postpaid tariff plan.

“At Ucom, we highly value the environment in which we interact with our subscribers every day. The modernization of our sales and service centers is part of our long-term customer-centric strategy, aimed at ensuring a fast, convenient, and high-quality service experience at every point of interaction. We wish our subscribers peace, success, and reliable connectivity in the coming year,” said Ralph Yirikian, General Director at Ucom.

Note that Ucom currently operates 75 sales and service centers across the country, including 52 in the regions and 23 in Yerevan, ensuring broad service accessibility.
