IDBank’s Nor Nork branch has reopened

IDBank has reopened the “Nor Nork” branch — now more modern, comfortable, and upgraded. After renovation works at 17/1 Gai Avenue, the entire branch staff is once again welcoming its customers with open arms.

Gevorg Jghlyan, Manager of the Nor Nork branch, emphasizes the importance of physical branches in customers’ lives: “Of course, the development of digital channels and banking is one of IDBank’s strategic priorities, but we do not stop being physically close to our customers — emphasizing the comfort, presentable appearance, and high quality of service of every newly opened as well as reopened branch. We are happy to once again welcome our Nor Nork customers at the address that has become familiar to them,” noted Gevorg Jghlyan.

According to Artur Kocharyan, Head of the Sales Organization and Territorial Management Department, the bank has many customers in Nor Nork who continue to prefer being served at the branch: “IDBank continues the modernization and improvement of its branches. Now, in a more comfortable, bright, and beautiful environment, our customers can carry out all banking transactions at the branch, use the IDBanking 24/7 self-service zone, through which they can perform all financial transactions with just a few taps,” said Artur Kocharyan.

IDBank reminds that all banking transactions can also be performed online via the IDBanking.am platform or the Idram&IDBank application, which has the widest network of merchants accepting contactless QR payments in Armenia — more than 26,000 points of sale, 11,000 of which also offer the Rocket Line 0% digital installment payment option, as well as more than 1,000 online stores.
