AraratBank: Update+ - New Loan Offer with 2% Cashback

AraratBank introduces a new refinancing solution for consumer loans secured by real estate, allowing customers to transfer their loans from other financial institutions.

The offer comes with a range of benefits:

  • Flexible refinancing terms
  • Interest rates starting from 14.5% per annum
  • 2% cashback on the loan amount
  • All loan transfer–related costs covered by the Bank
  • Up to 30% additional financing available

The annual percentage rate ranges from 15.51% to 16.09%.

The cashback amounts to 2% of the disbursed loan amount, capped at AMD 600,000.

Loan amounts range from a minimum of AMD 15,000,001 to a maximum of AMD 90,000,000.

To ensure maximum convenience when transferring a real estate-secured loan to AraratBank, the following additional benefits are available, in addition to the cashback:

  • An optional 3-month grace period on principal repayment
  • Maturity of up to 15 years
