Ucom’s Management Team Marks International Client’s Day with Subscribers
On March 19, Ucom once again celebrates International Client’s Day, using it as an opportunity for direct engagement with subscribers to better understand their expectations and feedback.
Throughout the day, the company’s management team is visiting Ucom sales and service centers in Yerevan and the regions, personally serving customers, listening to their feedback on services and quality, and answering their questions.
At the same time, mid-level and senior managers are working at the call center, reaching out to subscribers, congratulating them on International Client’s Day, and assisting in resolving any issues or inquiries.
“At Ucom, we believe that our subscribers’ trust and choice shape the direction of our work. Every day, we strive to better understand their needs and continuously improve our services. International Client’s Day is another opportunity for us to be closer to our subscribers and to reassure them that we do everything to make their daily digital life more convenient and reliable,” said Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom.
As part of this year’s initiative, Ucom is also introducing a special offer: starting from March 19, the full content of the Uplay digital platform will be available to existing mobile subscribers free of charge for one month. The offer will also apply to subscribers who join by April 19, giving them access to a wide selection of TV channels, movies, series, and entertainment content, both local and international.
This initiative is another step in developing Ucom’s digital ecosystem, offering subscribers a comprehensive connectivity and entertainment experience.
