Learn by Playing. A Series of Financial Literacy Games with Idram, IDBank and “Novosti-Armenia”

From now on, a special monthly quiz for children will be published under the “Games” section of the Newsarmenia.am website. Every month, a new game will be available for children, offering an opportunity to play and learn - ranging from the principles of pocket money management to more complex topics like savings, banking products, and a responsible attitude toward finance.

8 months, 8 quizzes, through which the participants will be able to build a comprehensive framework of knowledge about the financial world. The project is launched within the framework of “Financially Literate with Idram and IDBank” campaign.

The marathon’s companion is Idram Junior – a fun, curious and friendly character who will help the participants navigate the world of finance, provide support at every stage, and make learning more understandable and engaging.

According to Tatevik Vardevanyan, Head of the Communications and Social Responsibility Programs Department at Idram and IDBank, the companies continue to look for different ways to make financial education more engaging for children: “For example, in the Idram Junior app, we created the “Junius” game, which also allows children to play and accumulate knowledge at the same time. This is one of the main directions of our social responsibility,” said Tatevik Vardevanyan.

“Financial literacy is a skill that is especially important to develop from an early age. We wanted to talk about money not just through lectures, but through games, storylines, and interactive tasks. This joint project with IDBank allows us to turn complex topics into an understandable and exciting journey that children can participate in every month,” noted Galina Davidyan, Director of the “Novosti-Armenia” agency.
