Ucom and staff.am Bring Together Armenia’s Business Leaders at Executive Offsite Vol.1

Ucom and staff.am organized Executive Offsite Vol.1, bringing together founders, CEOs of Armenia’s leading companies, and government officials on a single platform to discuss new pathways for organizational development in a rapidly evolving geopolitical and technological environment.

Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom, and Viren Lall, Founder of Change School, discussed the impact of artificial intelligence on decision-making, as well as the structural barriers that often hinder the growth and transformation of large organizations.
