Mher Abrahamyan, Chairman of the Management Board of IDBank, participated in one of the event’s key discussions, the panel session titled “Charity, CSR and Impact Investments: Conflict or Complementarity?”.

During the discussion, Mher Abrahamyan emphasized that, in today’s financial system, social responsibility has evolved beyond traditional charity and has become an essential component of strategic business management, aimed at creating long-term impact, strengthening public trust, and ensuring sustainable development.

“Corporate social responsibility today is not merely an initiative; it is a mindset and an integral part of business culture. At IDBank, we believe that being a successful business is not measured solely by financial results. It is equally important to share that success with society, support people, and contribute to the development of the environment,” noted Mher Abrahamyan.

At Impacture 2026, the Bank also presented its experience in implementing social responsibility programs, including “The Power of One Dram” initiative, within the framework of which Idram and IDBank have already allocated around AMD 300 million to the implementation of more than 55 educational, social, environmental, and community development programs.
