Customer Appreciation Day in Gyumri: IDBank
This time, IDBank’s Customer Appreciation Day, filled with surprises and gratitude, was held at the Bank’s Gyumri branch. Bringing this now traditional event to the regions is part of the Bank’s commitment to staying closer to its customers.
According to Seda Avagyan, Head of Customer Experience Management Unit at IDBank, the initiative has received very positive feedback from both customers and branch employees since its launch.
“We want every customer to feel how much we value their trust and appreciate them choosing us. We are happy to bring Customer Appreciation Day to the regions. The previous event was held in Armavir, this time we are in the Shirak region, and soon we will visit Lori as well. Alongside our digital development, we continue to value direct communication with our customers,” said Seda Avagyan.
Customers visiting the branch for their regular banking transactions were welcomed with a lucky wheel, offering the chance to win idcoins (1 idcoin = AMD 1), sweet treats, and a festive atmosphere that added a special touch to their visit.
The Manager of the Gyumri branch, Vahan Manukyan, also noted:
“Many of our customers prefer being served at the branch and value face-to-face interaction. We are happy to surprise them today and once again thank them for choosing us. The Gyumri branch is busy from the very beginning of each working day. We welcome not only residents of Gyumri but also customers from neighboring communities, and we do our best to ensure that our services always meet the highest standards and our customers’ expectations,” said Vahan Manukyan.
IDBank promises that Customer Appreciation Day will continue bringing surprises to customers at its branches across Armenia’s regions.
