AI Solutions, Expanded Geography and Much More. Eventhub's New Features and Offers

The event ticketing platform Eventhub is expanding its features, making the European market accessible to local buyers and event agencies.

Namely, in collaboration with partners in France, Germany, Belgium, the Netherlands, Spain, and other countries, Eventhub provides technical support and ticket access for Armenian events organized in the specified countries. As a result of this partnership, tickets for Vitamin Club’s European tour, as well as several away matches of Noah football club, have already been successfully sold. 

Introduced by Dinno, a subsidiary of Ameriabank, Eventhub already collaborates with Georgia’s leading event companies tkt.ge, biletebi.ge, and Starring Georgia, enabling Armenian users to purchase tickets for the most popular events in the region, including concerts by Kanye West, Tom Odell, Moby, and Ricky Martin, as well as the Tbilisi Open Air festival and the Junior Eurovision song contest. 

In collaboration with Georgian partners ticket sales have been facilitated for several events held in Armenia, such as concerts by Lara Fabian, Arkady Dumikyan, Armenchik, and many others.

“We keep building a comprehensive ecosystem that brings together organizers, artists, partners, and event fans. Our goal is to create a reliable technological environment making the process of organizing, ticketing, and holding both local and international events easier, faster, and highly accessible”, – says Elen Ghazaryan, Product Manager at Eventhub.

Today, the company is actively enhancing AI tools, widely applying them in marketing, programming, analytics, and business process management, significantly boosting the efficiency of the team and multiplying service delivery speed. Due to this approach, 30+ tools and platforms have been created with the help of AI assistants.  

Another key innovation by Eventhub is Nare, an AI+ assistant available both on the Eventhub website and Telegram channel. It provides users with information about events, tickets, and orders within seconds.

The platform is also improving its technological capabilities. Over the recent months, several new features have been introduced, such as Add to Calendar, Share Event, event rating system, and “You Might Be Interested In” recommendations section, etc. 

Among the newly launched highlights of Eventhub is the experiences category (cinema, art, gastronomy, adventures, etc.). According to the Eventhub team, other features will soon be available on the platform, ensuring comprehensive experience for planning the customers’ night out. 

Another important milestone is the opening of a new event venue – Eventhub.Yerevan, located at 3/8 Avetis Aharonyan, Yerevan. Designed for concerts and creative events, Eventhub.Yerevan has already hosted its first event on June 14 and will soon host projects of different formats.

Eventhub is available both via its website and MyAmeria application of Ameriabank.
