Karabakh Ombudsman sends letters to several reputable international human rights organizations
Human Rights Defender of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) Gegham Stepanyan has sent letters to reputable international human rights organizations. In his letters, he has particularly touched upon the results of fact-finding activities that he carried out during the Azerbaijani-Turkish aggression against Artsakh and the key humanitarian issues and issues related to human rights protection that have emerged in the post-war situation in Artsakh.
As reported the Human Rights Defender’s Office, Stepanyan has called on his international partners to take active steps to mitigate the difficult humanitarian situation through joint efforts and cooperate and pay visits to Artsakh to assess the situation on the spot and assist the people of Artsakh.
