Ameriabank wins Best Bank in Sustainable Finance award for 2022
Global Finance Magazine has announced its selections for the second annual Sustainable Finance Awards where Ameriabankhas been named the Best Bank in Sustainable Finance in Armenia for 2022. The Bank is the first in the region to receive this award.
The awards programrecognizes global, regional as well as local leadership in Sustainable Finance - funding for initiatives designed to mitigate the negative impacts of climate change and help build a more sustainable future for humanity.
Winners were chosen by the editors of Global Finance based on entries as well as independent research. Criteria for evaluation included governance policies and goals as well as measurable achievements in environmental and social sustainability financing.
