RESO Insurance company was renamed REGO Insurance

RESO insurance company was renamed REGO Insurance CJSC due to the change of owner. The rebranding decision was made after the completion of the transaction for the sale of 100% of the shares to one of the founders of the Company - "Polygraphia” CJSC. The Central Bank of Armenia registered the company under the new name on October 18, 2022.

Artur Mkrtchyan, who previously held the post of First Deputy Executive Director, has been appointed CEO of the Company.

After the name change, REGO Insurance continues to bear all obligations under the existing insurance contracts. The clients do not need to change their policies, all previously concluded contracts continue to operate without re-registration.

The company logo has been changed, the slogan and the positioning have been updated. The corporate identity is developed in accordance with the brand's ideology. Cheerful orange has been added to the recognizable green color, which was previously used in the logo and represented calmness and reliability.

The new slogan of the company - The Future is Safe - incorporates the idea of preventive customer care. In the near future, the company will update all its corporate attributes in accordance with the new corporate identity and relaunch the website at www.regoinsurance.am .

“With the rebranding, we modernized the approach to product development and insurance policies. The Company's policy has become more flexible, we respond to market trends quickly and have already developed a number of new insurance products that we will present by the end of the current year. Our plans include expanding the agent network and actively developing partnership programs, including in the direction of medical, property and travel insurance,” said Artur Mkrtchyan, CEO of REGO Insurance.
