IDBank’s Davtashen Branch Is Waiting for Customers After Renovation
IDBank continues the branch upgrade process. The Davtashen branch was reopened at 11/91, Davtashen 4th district, where the innovative, modern environment and the hall equipped with technological solutions wait for the customers.
According to the Deputy Director of Retail Business of IDBank Andranik Andreasyan, all conditions are created for customers to make banking transactions more pleasant.
“As you know, IDBank together with Idram continues to improve its digital platform, and today our customers can use more and more services at home or at work, without wasting time and needing to visit a branch. At the same time, valuing the comfort of our customers and realizing that providing them with the best experience is one of our main goals, today we are reopening another one of IDBank’s renovated branches. We are confident that our clients will appreciate innovative solutions and the quality of service, which, as I already mentioned, is primary for us,” says Andranik Andreasyan, adding that IDBank’s branch network will expand in the near future.
The IDBanking 24/7 service zone will also be available at the IDBank Davtashen branch, through which customers will be able to independently use hundreds of services: loan repayment, replenishment of IDBank accounts by phone number, etc.
Currently IDBank has 13 branches not only in Yerevan, but also in Gyumri, Echmiadzin, Vanadzor and Abovyan.
