New and modern. Arabkir branch of IDBank reopened
IDBank continues to enhance and modernize its branches. The bank informs that the Arabkir branch has been reopened.
Artur Kocharyan, head of IDBank's Sales and regional management division, emphasizes that the re-equipment of the branch network underscores the Bank's ongoing commitment to prioritizing its clients: "While we’re expanding our digital platforms, we’re also dedicated to improving our branches for clients who prefer in-person service. Meeting our clients' comfort and needs is our top priority," says Artur Kocharyan.
Smbat Avagyan, Deputy Head of IDBank's Sales and regional management division, notes that the newly upgraded branch is now more comfortable, better equipped, and offers extended operating day: "The branch is equipped with all the modern facilities for quick and comfortable service, including the IDBanking 24/7 service zone, where you can complete financial transactions with just a few taps. Additionally, the branch will be open on Saturdays, allowing our customers who are busy during the week to complete their necessary transactions," says Smbat Avagyan.
The "Arabkir" branch is located at Komitas Avenue 56/162. IDBank currently has 15 branches in Yerevan, Etchmiadzin, Vanadzor, Gyumri, Abovyan, and Hrazdan.
IDBank reminds clients that all banking operations can also be conducted online through the IDBanking.am platform or the Idram&IDBank app, which has the largest network of contactless QR payment points in Armenia, with over 22,000 points of sale, 10,000 of which support payment via the Rocket Line 0% digital installment plan.
