Converse Bank offers new mortgage loan at annual interest rate starting from 0%

Converse Bank has expanded the list of mortgage loans by starting the financing of energy efficient renovations within the scope of the government support program. 

The Bank offers loans of up to AMD 10 M for 7-year period under the program. The government will subsidize the interest rate totally in border settlements and partially elsewhere in Armenia.

The Bank will apply no processing, origination, servicing and other fees or early repayment charges.  The Bank will execute the insurance of the pledged real estate to the amount of the outstanding loans.
