Unibank Launches Online Queue Booking System
Unibank has introduced a new online booking service that allows customers to plan their visits to bank branches in advance by selecting a convenient date and time for various services. The online queue system is designed to further enhance customer experience and significantly reduce the waiting time.
To book an appointment, customers can visit the online queue section on Unibank’s website and fill out a short form by selecting the demanded service, branch, date, and time of their visit. After receiving confirmation, the customer gets a unique booking code. On the day of the visit, the code is entered at the terminal in the selected branch.
The launch of the online queue booking system is a part of Unibank’s digital transformation strategy aimed at introducing modern technologies and improving customer experience.
